ABOUT STEPHAN HAGELEIT

My journey into tech actually started far away from tech.My first job was selling insurance. Not the most obvious path into the internet industry but a great place to learn how to listen to people, understand their needs and explain complicated things in simple words.After that I spent 12 meaningful years working for a non-profit organization. Those years shaped me a lot: great people, a shared mission and the reminder that work can be about more than just business.Then came nine wonderful years at INWX as Chief Strategic Officer. A time full of ideas, challenges, growth and many great colleagues who made the journey truly special.Today I’m grateful to be part of the amazing team at Greenmark IT, where we build and grow projects like do.de and ResellerInterface.With do.de, we want domains and hosting to be simple and accessible for everyone -from individuals to growing businesses. With ResellerInterface, we provide powerful tools that help partners and resellers manage domains and infrastructure smoothly and efficiently.What drives me most is working with good people, embracing change and finding the simplest possible way to solve complex problems. Technology should make life easier and ideally a little more enjoyable too.And in between all the work, strategy and tech talk, I try to keep one simple rule in mind:Life is great. Let’s do our best to keep it that way - together.
