ABOUT HAGEN PEARSON
I am currently a senior in the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am on track to receive a Bachelor of Science in Administration degree with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Business Management with a collateral in finance. I am often looking for ways to grow/succeed due to my competitive nature. Often times in my part-time catering position I will engage in friendly competitions to get work done efficiently in order to stay ahead of schedule. With my competitive nature also comes a drive for perfection. This has given me a strong sense of command. When setting up at work sites I feel comfortable leading others to ensure that a job is done is the most efficient and high quality way possible.My career goal is to help companies grow and adapt in the regularly changing supply chain network. I want to make sure data is being analyzed in the best ways possible to help make competitive decisions in order to succeed within a certain market. I love seeing new companies grow exponentially and becoming significant players within a market due to smart and innovative business decisions. It is my goal to be a part of making those decisions within the supply chain sector of a business.
