As an Operations Assistant at Reed, I support the Director of Group Risk and Reed Screening in managing the screening and compliance processes for various clients and sectors. Working for the Director of Group Risk & Reed Screening as an Operations Assistant in a dynamic screening company, has allowed me to bring a wealth of experience in streamlining administrative processes, managing schedules, and facilitating seamless communication within the organisation. My role involves supporting senior executives, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the screening team. I assist and work closely with the Engagement & Sales team, Compliance & Audit team and the Screening team in a number of cross collaboration tasks. Simultaneously, I work as the Administrator Manager for UK Identity Fraud Advisory, where my responsibilities extend to overseeing strategies for identity protection, responding to enquiries regarding fraud, implementing administrative systems to safeguard against fraudulent activities. My unique combination of executive assistance and managerial expertise positions me as a versatile professional capable of navigating the multifaceted demands of both recruitment, screening and identity fraud prevention. I have a strong background and interest in health care management and administration, in addition, I have a passion for community service and leadership, and I have been a volunteer for the British Red Cross and Red Cross Kenya, where I have participated in various humanitarian and relief projects. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through my work and volunteering.
