ABOUT HAFSA ADEEL

I help employees and leaders move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and resilience.I’m the founder of Resilia, a mental wellbeing platform designed to support people in high-pressure professional environments.My work sits at the intersection of psychology, lived experience, and technology. I focus on how daily stress, emotional load, and cognitive overwhelm affect people in roles such as educators, employees, and care professionals and how structured digital tools can provide consistent support between moments of crisis.I’m currently developing Resilia as a configurable wellbeing platform that organisations can adapt to the everyday challenges their staff face, from classroom stress and workload pressure to emotional fatigue and burnout risk.My background in mindset coaching and resilience work informs the human side of the platform, while my technical development work shapes how that support is delivered in practical, accessible ways.I’m particularly interested in how digital environments can normalise reflection, emotional regulation, and preventative wellbeing in the flow of daily work not just after problems escalate.I speak and deliver training on workplace confidence, clarity, and resilience.If you’re exploring ways to support staff resilience, wellbeing culture, or psychological sustainability in your organisation, I’d be glad to connect.
