Increasing e-book engagement by 28.6%, reaching 329% more readers with the monthly book recommendation feature on the Android platform. Successfully achieved a +43.75% increase in app installations, a +7.70% increase in stickiness of subscribers, and a +21.62% growth in subscribers through strategic product development with cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
