I am Hafidha T K, an aspiring IT professional with a strong academic foundation and practical exposure in cloud computing and system administration. I completed my Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) under the University of Calicut, where I developed a solid understanding of programming, computer systems, and core IT principles. This foundation enhanced my analytical thinking and sparked a keen interest in cloud technologies and modern IT infrastructure. To further strengthen my technical expertise, I pursued a course in Artificial Intelligence, gaining knowledge in machine learning concepts and intelligent systems. Building on this, I completed a Skill Diploma in Cloud Computing, where I received comprehensive training in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft System Administration, Google Workspace Administration (GWS), Linux, and on-premise environments. This program provided me with practical knowledge in cloud deployment, identity and access management, server administration, and enterprise IT operations. I have recently completed a Cloud Support Associate Internship, where I gained hands-on experience by applying my technical skills in real-world scenarios. During this internship, I worked with AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, and Microsoft administration, handling cloud deployment, resource management, troubleshooting, and Linux-based operations. This experience strengthened my problem-solving abilities, improved my understanding of enterprise IT environments, and enhanced my ability to manage technical challenges effectively. I am now seeking opportunities to begin my professional career as an IT or Cloud Support professional, where I can contribute my skills, continue learning, and grow within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
