ABOUT MUHAMMAD HAFFI KHALID

Hi, I’m Muhammad Haffi Khalid, a First Class Computer Science graduate from the University of Birmingham. I’m currently working as a Graduate Application Support Engineer at Neptune North, where I focus on maintaining reliable systems, troubleshooting production issues, and improving operational processes.My final-year project explored the robustness of quantum machine learning algorithms under adversarial conditions, using both quantum and classical techniques. Through hands-on work with tools like PennyLane and Qiskit, I developed a strong understanding of system behaviour, failure modes, and security-aware thinking in complex environments.In my current role, I work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to diagnose issues, automate workflows, and ensure systems run efficiently. This has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, scripting, and understanding how large-scale systems operate in real-world conditions.I enjoy working on challenging problems, learning quickly, and contributing to systems where reliability and performance are critical.
