Project Manage and lead the planning and implementation of Motability MI systems Oracle Data warehouse, Operations Data Store and OBIEE upgrades from 18c to 19c. The project includes migration from an on-Prem data center at Park Royal, London to Amazon Cloud Multi AZs for High Availability and Fault Tolerance (London and Ireland). Take accountability for project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets. Manage, schedule, and organize an average of 4 projects simultaneously, each with a budget in excess of £300 thousand, ensuring a smooth completion of project tasks. Utilize work-breakdown structure (WBS) to ensure appropriate allocation of resources based on cost estimates and develop manageable scheduling for completion of deliverables. Accountable for Project Management planning and execution tasks, including, but not limited to, scope, scheduling, budgeting, costing, resource, risk, and issue management. Monitors and controls project activities from initiation through delivery Provide timely and accurate project status information to our client’s PMO team, escalate project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them Lead team through the completion of all phases of the project
