Leading the strategy and performance of the Services France perimeter (~50 subsidiaries,~€800M revenue). I’m responsible for driving financial governance (budgets, business plans, forecasts, M&A), ensuring the achievement of EBITDA and FCF targets, and aligning subsidiaries with Group strategy.
