   Office Copilot Chat User Experience • Shared PM at the center of the M365 Copilot AI investments, working specifically on the chat experience across Office apps. Office AI Incubation • Led the ideation and research phases of an AI powered voice tool • Defined and owned entire product strategy, vision, and roadmap - ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. • Managed cross-functional, cross-geo team of 10 Engs and 2 Designers, overseeing product development from conception to MVP. • Implemented end-to-end customer engagement and user research strategy to inform product roadmap and address key user needs. Office Dictate • Owned Dictate strategy and roadmap across platforms & apps: responsible for expanded language support, and improved UX. Team Culture Contributions • Acted as a mentor for 2 Office AI interns, meeting regularly to provide guidance on projects and professional development. • Increased awareness of neurodiversity (ND) across Microsoft through speaking at conferences, contributing to ND inclusive hiring initiatives, and providing feedback on various products across Microsoft to support inclusive design initiatives. • Partnered with the Microsoft Student Ambassador team to co-host the 2023 Student Sumit that attracted 1.8k attendees.
