I lead organizational strategy and partnerships at New Market Funds where we manage $110 million in impact capital. I\'ve worked in the social impact space for 20 years leading teams, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and raising capital. As a Senior Partner at New Market Funds, my work straddles policy and practice, with a bias toward action. I describe my career as values-driven and have worked with organizations focused on poverty, affordable housing, international development and city-building.I started my career in the public service, then gained experience working at enterprising non-profits, before moving into the charitable foundation space and then the impact investing sector. These experiences have allowed me to support community organizations to do what they do best - create lasting impact.
