Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for contractors across various clients, ensuring timely and compliant start dates* Communicate contract terms, pay structure, and employment classifications (T4, sole proprietor, incorporated) with new hires* Guide contractors through onboarding documentation including background checks, employment verification, and reference checks* Draft, issue, and finalize employment contracts; manage change requests and ensure full execution prior to start* Maintain accurate contractor records in internal ATS and client-facing systems to support payroll and invoicing functions* Serve as a point of contact for time entry, payroll, contract extensions, rate changes, and general onboarding inquiries* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve onboarding delays, red flags, or documentation issues* Execute system updates, offboarding tasks, and asset recovery at contract completion or termination* Support internal and client-facing reporting initiatives with accurate and timely data updates

I grew up in Southeast Asia before moving to Vancouver and eventually settling in Calgary, where I earned my Bachelor’s in History and Master of Management. I never left (despite the winters ), and I’ve built my career around what I love most: working with people. With experience in recruitment & onboarding, I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can match the right people with the right roles and help set them up for success. I believe hiring isn’t just about filling a job- it’s about finding a culture fit, building relationships, and creating an experience that makes people excited to show up every day.
