Currently responsible for the oversight of multiple stores in Hampshire, including the successful launch of a Grand Store Opening in Fratton in 2023. As an Area Manager my goal is driving performance of stores, KPI adherence and delivering an excellent customer experience. I manage a weekly turnover in excess of £1.5 million and oversee in excess of 150 members of staff, including senior leaders. Extra responsibilities include being a single point of contact in region for supporting Key Event rollouts and Merchandising. Additionally, my role as a sub-team lead within region includes constructing monthly meetings and continuous liaison with the Store Operations Director. This allows us to promote synergy and drive high performance across the region.
