About Hadiza Kassim
As a mission-driven leader at the intersection of education, workforce development, and technology, I currently support workforce programming and strategic partnerships at America On Tech (AOT) — a nonprofit on a mission to prepare underestimated youth for careers in tech. In my role, I lead cross-sector collaborations with employer partners, design high-impact programming, and help drive AOT’s expansion across multiple cities, ensuring more students gain access to transformative tech career pathways. Prior to AOT, I worked in education talent acquisition and as a classroom educator — experiences that ground my approach in a deep understanding of the systems that shape opportunity. From recruiting educators to teaching students directly, I’ve always been committed to ensuring young people are seen, supported, and set up to succeed. I\'m especially passionate about building inclusive ecosystems that reflect the communities we serve and developing programs that leave lasting impact.I earned my Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College in May 2017. In Fall 2025, I completed the Leadership Fellows program at The New York Community Trust.
