ABOUT HADI MROUE
I believe that the real power of design revolves around creating meaningful experiences through human centered solutions. As having a base in Design, specifically Architecture, I have decided to pursue an International Masters in Project Management to complement design with business. 🧠This program does not only equip me with the basics and technicalities of managing projects, but is taught with an emphasis on business, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, consulting, and leadership. Therefore in the end, it shall equip me with a perfect balance between traditional and agile approach to management, and a different dimension of problem solving than the one I have acquired through my experience in architecture and design. This phase will eventually set me on the path where I can join forces between my bachelor, masters, analytical mindset, and passion for human centered design. — — 🪜I had constantly reminded myself that I want to end up in a place where I can leverage the three main avenues of knowledge I enjoy; my background in Design and Architecture, experience and masters in Business Project Management, and personal interest in UX and CX. Today, I have embarked on a journey with IKEA through their Bloom program, which is a fast track to become Store managers. I could not have found a better environment that fits my triangulation of background and interests, innovative mindset, and passion to never stop learning a day in my life. ⏳That’s a brief description of where I stand today in my lifeline. The journey has just begun.
