Personally responsible for the resolution of more than 2500 ServiceNow tickets during each year of my employment. Using the established security in-depth approaches, I assisted with performing preventative maintenance on computers and hardware by patching, upgrading firmware, and keeping anti-virus software current for computers and troubleshooting various software such as Microsoft office suite, VPN, SCCM/MECM, and etc. Analyzing the data from scans/reports from security scanning tools and other internal security tools related to risk and vulnerability, Utilized SCCM//MECM for software deployment solutions, Familiarity with Identity access management types such as single sign-on, 2 factor authentication, multi factor authentication and federation. Expert knowledge of IAM technologies. Knowledgeable with various cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations such as: NIST Special Publications documents (SP 800-30, 800-37, 800-50, 800-53A, 800-53, 800-60, 800-61, and 800-64), NIST FIPS (FIPS-199, 200, 140-2), IT Security frameworks -(NIST Special Pubs 800 Series, NIST CSF, RMF,ISO Series), CIS CSC, and regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, GDPR,CJIS, SSA, PCI-DSS). Performed identity access management (IAM) services based on RBAC( Role -based Access control including account creation, provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing for a large variety of applications through the use of active directory. Reset the passwords using Active Directory along with management of provisioning/deprovisioning the access as per the group Policy. In depth understanding of modern authentication solutions using as LDAP-S, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC IAM/IGA domain In-depth knowledge of popular scripting languages such as.NET/Java/python/JavaScript, etc.
