As part of the Branchspace Transform consulting practice, my focus has been on the industry-wide transition from legacy PSS (Passenger Services System) to Offer-Order based retailing (IATA OOSD). •Requirements Gathering: for an airline contact center transformation, partnered with product managers, developers, transformation teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver the scope of the transition. •Workshop design & leadership: interviewed stakeholders and captured As-Is processes, mapped To-Be processes according to IATA Offer Order Settle Deliver standards, and prioritized product features in accordance with the transition roadmap.•Securing Stakeholder Buy-in: for a platform transformation business case by consolidating scope, gap analysis, financial analysis and product strategy.•End-to-end Product Delivery Support: for the discovery phase, requirements gathering, backlog refinement, change documentation, UAT, and solution validation.•Vendor Management: to align solutions with business scope, resolving defects, incidents, and change requests while maintaining good relationships with Vendor PoCs.
