I work closely with a Social Media Manager to grow Wolves’ global fanbase and enhance the club’s online presence. I’m responsible for day-to-day posting and content planning across key channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and the club\'s app.Key achievements- Played a key role in growing Wolves’ total annual video views from 129 million in 2020/21 to 697 million in 2024/25, delivering consistent year-on-year audience growth- Doubling Wolves’ global audience by increasing the club’s first-team social media following from 6.8 million in September 2021 to more than 14 million, despite the club’s most successful period on the pitch being prior to 2021- Guided platform-specific strategy by attending Meta and TikTok conferences, staying ahead of best practices, and applying industry insights to content planning- Developed and maintained the club’s digital brand identity by working with designers to create reusable graphic templates and producing stylish Instagram carousels from conception to completion- Collaborated with the video team to create engaging matchday, training, and event content — helping the club reach millions of users each week- Contributed to data-driven decision making by analysing performance and applying insights to optimise future content.
