Travel to Israel with college students while leading immersive experiences• Build meaningful connections with students and seek out students who are not yet involved in Jewish life• Serve as a thought partner and entrepreneurial leader for the UD Hillel’s student life staff and engagement strategy• Recruit, coordinate, and curate a meaningful Birthright Israel experience for students • Staff Shabbat dinners and help celebrate holidays with the campus community• Manage UD Hillel’s Birthright Israel program including recruitment, interviews, pre-trip orientations, and creating the most impactful trip experience• Create ways to elevate student passions and craft experiences that reflect the interests of the student body• Manage post-trip engagement and develop Jewish experiences and opportunities for Birthright Israel alumni• Support recruitment for other immersive experiences in Israel including Onward Israel, Masa Israel, and Maccabee Task Force• Develop and nurture relationships with University personnel and partners throughout campus• Attend staff meetings and participate in regular supervision with supervisor• Collaborate with UD Hillel staff to help shape and develop the mission of UD Hillel• Teach learning cohorts to students focused on Judaism and Israel
