I am the co-lead of the US–Israel Corridor, an initiative designed to support Israeli companies as they expand into the U.S. market, while also facilitating U.S. investment into Israel. Through this platform, we helps clients navigate cross-border opportunities by leveraging KPMG’s global network, deep sector expertise, and market insight. In addition, I lead the Israeli Tax Desk within KPMG US, assisting U.S. multinationals with tax matters related to entering or operating in the Israeli market.Prior to this role, I was a tax partner at KPMG Israel’s international tax practice, where I provided domestic and international tax advisory services with a strong focus on M&A, cross-border transactions, and international tax structuring. I have extensive experience working with technology companies across a wide range of fields, guiding them through all stages of their development with tailored tax strategies and solutions.In addition, I lead KPMG Israel’s IMPACT practice, which is dedicated to connecting stakeholders within the impact economy and supporting purpose driven companies with growth oriented services. Our multidisciplinary team provides a comprehensive suite of advisory, tax, and assurance solutions customized to the unique needs of IMPACT organizations. I strongly believe that our integrated approach, combining business acumen with social and environmental awareness, positions KPMG as a key player in advancing sustainable innovation and creating meaningful impact.
