I have spent over a decade building, scaling, and fixing growth engines across startups and enterprises, working hands-on across marketing, data, product, and go-to-market execution.I started my career as a deeply technical growth operator, leading full-funnel strategies across B2B, B2C, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, mobility, and talent platforms. Over the years, I worked with global companies and fast-growing startups, helping them unlock growth by treating marketing as a system rather than a channel. In multiple roles as Growth Lead and Fractional CMO, I improved acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue performance by multiples, often breaking multi-year performance ceilings.As my exposure to scaling teams increased, a pattern became impossible to ignore.Growth rarely fails because of ideas.It fails because of misaligned skills, slow hiring, surface-level evaluation, and fragmented learning.Hiring teams optimize for resumes.Education optimizes for certificates.Marketplaces optimize for availability.None of them optimize for outcomes.That gap is why I founded Brandzen.Today, I am building Brandzen, a Workforce Flywheel OS designed to connect how people learn, prove capability, and get hired into a single closed-loop system. Instead of resumes and static job descriptions, Brandzen uses AI-driven skill ontologies to map real capability, match talent to business problems, and continuously update skills through live performance feedback.The system spins through one loop:learning → matching → execution → feedback → curriculum evolution.This work sits at the intersection of workforce development, AI, skills-first hiring, and operational execution. It draws from my background in growth systems, experimentation, behavioral psychology, data modeling, and platform design, combined with real-world exposure to how companies actually scale teams under pressure.Alongside building Brandzen, I am the author of Growth Marketing Alchemy, where I documented the mental models, frameworks, and experimentation principles behind sustainable growth.
