Utilizing Microsoft Power BI (also Power Query & Power Pivot in Excel) as the primary tool for data modeling, and Power Automate & Power Apps for development of automated solutions for process streamlining, my team completed 175 projects that collectively resulted in reduction of sustainable 25,394 annualized administrative labor hours during the department\'s first 3 years and is continuing to work with the internal customers from all functions to increase the organization\'s efficiency and effectiveness.
