At Walmart, I handle high-volume financial transactions daily and guide customers through digital payment solutions. Through my ongoing outreach work with the BIPOC Foundation, I engage directly with individuals and small business owners to identify their needs and connect them with relevant resources. I also led a financial literacy initiative funded by the Africa Centre, running budgeting and savings sessions for community members.I am client-focused, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about banking and financial services.
