Work with the Vice President, Services and Program Administration to: • Develop and implement an annual work plan regarding program administration and service excellence. • Develop policies and procedures across all sites for service delivery guidelines. • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance or improve service excellence, current business processes, policies and practices. • Oversee the implementation and ongoing monitoring of program administration, service excellence, and data and case management, policies, and procedures. • Provide leadership, training, and/or coaching to Managers and Directors in the area of program administration, service delivery, staff performance management, program outcomes, and reporting. • Provide leadership and expertise to employment teams in areas of assessment, case management, case documentation, problem-solving, intervention, crisis management, and understanding the principles and ethics of counseling, particularly as they pertain to job seekers who are facing multiple barriers to employment. • Ensure standardization and consistency of data and case management processes across all programs to safeguard the overall data integrity. • Provide leadership to ensure that administrative and reporting processes in all programs are maintained at high-quality standards. • Identify gaps and provide timely advice to Leadership and Management Teams to ensure program outcomes meet and exceed targets and contractual obligations. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and management teams to develop effective quality measurement tools, identifying gaps and action plans to correct shortfalls. • Oversee and provide the training of all program staff on ACCES’ Salesforce database (Aconnect) and funder-related databases. • Other duties as assigned by the VP, Services and Program Administration.

I am a seasoned leader in program management, employer engagement, and partnership development, with over 20 years of experience managing government-funded initiatives, developing educational and training programs, and teaching at post-secondary and graduate levels.My professional work focuses on building strong partnerships between educational institutions, employers, and communities to create meaningful employment and experiential learning opportunities. I have extensive experience leading and managing Integrated Employment Services (IES) programs funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD), along with developing successful proposals and administering workforce development and training initiatives.In addition to program leadership, I serve as a course instructor, public speaker, and curriculum developer, delivering lectures and workshops on business, human resources, communication, and career management.
