I am a Senior Capital Markets Project Manager and Functional Business analyst with 10 years’ experienceand expertise in Large Scale Technology Transformation projects. I have been part of trading systemimplementations (Murex & Calypso) as a SME and project / support lead with main focus on Finance, Hedge Accounting, Liquidation, Front office including exposure to Back Office operations and other modules like Datamart reporting. Across multiple roles, I have gained end- to-end IT project management experience from initial planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, knowledge transfer / training, governance through to delivery. I have acquired comprehensive Front to Back (FtoB) office business knowledge, business analysis and test execution skills. I have led project / support teams and also setup accounting for most major asset classes as a SME including - FX, Derivatives, Equities and Fixed Income and gained experience of working on multiple systems – Markitwire, VCON, Swift. I have also developed deep understanding of the regulatory landscape as I have been involved in OTC Central Clearing, EMIR, MiFID, AIFMD and MiFIR Transaction Reporting projects.Besides core project work, I have had experience of business and practice development. I have managedbids / RFP responses for multiple projects that included presenting to clients’ project approach/plan, commercials, team structure and key industry insights. I have been involved in conducting training / knowledgetransfer workshops both internally in the team and externally with the clients too.
