After 25 years in EPC Project Execution & Project Controls with large, well-known industry players, I’m proud to announce that I have founded my own company - Total Project Controls - to espouse and provide a “best practices” approach towards Program Management/Project Planning, serving Owners, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.My experience has shown that expert, independent, third-party management teams tasked with setting up and executing the Project Execution and Project Controls functions consistently produce significant savings in total installed cost (TIC) as well as life-cycle cost (LCC). Total Project Controls (TPC) was formed to meet the need for expert, high-caliber Project Management professionals that are trained in common \"best practices\" and understand that \"True\" data integration is key to providing due diligence on timely accurate, factual project information.
