I build the experiences where brands become real: the physical spaces, immersive installations and live moments that create authentic connection with products and ideas.Over the past decade, I’ve founded and led teams that translate emerging technology and cultural change into embodied brand systems: spanning retail formats, exhibitions, activations and institutional environments. I’ve worked directly with C-suite leadership and cross-functional partners across product, marketing, engineering and operations to move ideas from concept to execution.As Founding Director of the Cartier Retail Innovation Lab, reporting to the CEO, I built and led a 10-person multidisciplinary team inventing new forms of retail experience inside and beyond the boutique. The Lab developed XR product encounters, applied AI/ML integrations, multi-platform sales channels and interactive storytelling systems. We prototyped concepts that influenced global retail strategy.Before and after Cartier, at Tellart, I led experiential creative strategy for clients including Google Creative Lab, Samsung, the World Expo (Dubai 2020, Riyadh 2030), Cooper-Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, and the California Academy of Sciences, delivering large-scale exhibitions, brand activations and immersive installations.Today, as a founder and advisor, I help brands and cultural institutions build new experiential capability from scratch: aligning leadership priorities, commercial goals, ethics, narrative and design to create systems that scale. I’m currently developing a startup at the intersection of AI and climate resilience.I’m particularly interested in how emerging technologies reshape physical presence, institutional trust and community. I’m at my best assembling the team, setting the creative bar and building something that didn’t exist before. National Design Award team recipient.
