ABOUT HAARIS SAFDAR

I am an IT Operations Analyst at Ofcom, the UK\'s communications regulator. I joined Ofcom in November 2023, after working as a System Administrator at Early Intervention Foundation (EIF), a charity that supports the use of effective early intervention for children and young people at risk of negative outcomes. At Ofcom, I support and maintain the IT infrastructure and provide technical support to the staff and stakeholders of the organisation. I have a BSc in Computer Science from City, University of London, and I have over three years of experience in various IT roles, such as 2nd Line Support Analyst at RS Components & Controls (I) Ltd. and IT Support Engineer 2nd Line at TFG Brands London. I have developed skills in information technology, cloud computing, technical support, and troubleshooting, and I am passionate about using my expertise to enable and empower the Ofcom team and mission. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, and I value collaboration, innovation, and quality in my work. I have also obtained certifications in Introduction To Networking Training and Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4, which demonstrate my commitment to professional development and best practices.
