Key Responsibilities & Projects- Lead business analysis delivery across strategic programmes spanning HR, student services, and digital platforms- Manage a team of Business Analysts (Junior to Principal level), providing coaching, line management, and quality assurance- Define project scope, produce Statements of Work, and lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders- Champion Lean methodologies and business process reengineering across directorates and faculties- Shape and enforce BA standards, templates, and governance processes across the portfolio- Conduct stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, technical teams, and end users.Key Achievements- Designed and implemented a full Business Analysis methodology, lifecycle, and operating model for the Transformation Management Office (TMO), establishing how BAs engage across the project lifecycle. Prior to this, there was no defined approach or understanding of the BA role within transformational delivery- Created the TRICC triage framework (Time, Risk, Impact, Cost, Complexity), a structured intake model that evaluates incoming requests and prioritises resources — helping to embed transparency, governance, and strategic alignment into project initiation- Redesigned the entire project intake and discovery process for the TMO, working cross-functionally to define how new initiatives are assessed, scoped, and handed off for delivery — dramatically improving pipeline visibility, planning accuracy, and portfolio tracking- Provided end-to-end business analysis leadership for the MEQs (Module Evaluation Questionnaires) project, partnering with academic and technical teams to define requirements, assess vendor options, and support solution implementation aimed at improving student feedback capture and reporting- Led the redesign of 10 critical HR processes as part of a major service transformation initiative — delivering improved efficiency, automation, and cost savings approximately £600k.
