I have profound knowledge in Cosmetic industry working in various positions from basic research, product development and product life cycle management (PLM). In my current position within product life cycle management I am responsible globally for all raw material related aspects within Henkel Beauty Care, especially for documentation, regulatory and onboarding. I am involved in the whole process of integration of development raws to final appearance in a cosmetic product in the market. With my knowledge of processes and IT systems, I am repsonsible for various kind of big data analyses like compliance check or usage surveys.
