Apprenticeship Advisor | Supporting Applicants | Application Guidance | Career Growth AdvocateIn my role as an advisor for an apprenticeship support server, I help applicants navigate their journey — whether that’s answering questions about the application process, reviewing CVs and cover letters, or simply being there to provide encouragement when things feel overwhelming.I use my own experiences applying to competitive apprenticeships — including tech, UX, and business-focused roles — to offer tailored advice that’s empathetic, clear, and practical. I’ve supported applicants with everything from STAR interview prep to choosing the right apprenticeship, while also developing my own skills in communication, mentoring, and attention to detail.This role has strengthened my ability to explain complex processes simply, listen carefully to people’s needs, and stay organised while supporting multiple individuals. More than anything, I’m passionate about helping others grow and feel confident about their future.
