ABOUT HA YEON KIM

As an experienced education researcher and applied psychologist, I lead and manage large-scale global initiatives that aim to improve the quality and access of education for children affected by war and crises. With over 15 years of experience in the field of developmental psychology and education, I have a strong track record of designing, conducting, and communicating rigorous and innovative research to generate actionable insights that inform policy and practice in low- and middle-income countries. My mission is to advance knowledge and action on how to support the learning and well-being of the most vulnerable and marginalized populations in the world.My core competencies include data analysis, survey design, assessment development and testing, statistical modeling, and project management and leadership, as well as collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders, such as funders, governments, NGOs, think tanks, and scholars.
