Hà is a postgraduate Social Work student in the UK, currently undertaking professional training with a clear aspiration to progress into Mental Health Social Work and the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) role. She works as a Mental Health Advocate and trained active listener, with additional experience as a freelance tutor and translator/interpreter.Holding an MSc in Psychology from the UK, Hà brings an interdisciplinary and person-centred approach that integrates psychological insight, social justice, and compassionate care. She is a Mindfulness and Deep Relaxation Practitioner and Facilitator, inspired by the Plum Village tradition and the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh.From 2022 to 2025, Hà lived and trained within a residential Vipassana practitioner community in Vietnam, where she supported retreats and facilitated mindfulness-based workshops for individuals and long-term residents experiencing mental health difficulties.
