In 2020, I co-founded Cabana, a mental health startup that leverages technology to create evidence-based and accessible mental health services and products for the healthcare and military communities. As the Chief Operating Officer and President, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and services, as well as the development and implementation of our tech-enabled platforms and programs. I’m passionate about using science and technology to transform the mental healthcare industry.I have my MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
