With over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, I have tried both civil and criminal cases, felonies and misdemeanors, jury trials and bench trials, in State courts and federal courts. As an Assistant Attorney General, and General Counsel to the Maryland Workers\' Compensation Commission in Baltimore, Maryland, I represent the agency in state and federal court, and provide advice on substantive workers\' compensation issues, agency issues, and state law. And, yet, I still have a sense of humor.
