ABOUT HANNAH MOORE

I am a versatile and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in Business and Financial Management, including COO and Chief of Staff roles. I thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy the diverse challenges these type of roles often present. I am known for consistent high-quality delivery and execution, maintaining strong accountability, and ability to bring clarity, transparency, and structure to the areas I work in. Over the course of my career, I have worked for a number of different teams and leaders, all with unique focus areas, challenges and initiatives, providing me with a broad range of experience including: • Full spectrum of cost and headcount management including budgets, forecasting, and financial models • Development and implementation of reporting/financial analysis to enhance transparency and provide relevant insights • Acting as a trusted advisor and preparing briefing materials to facilitate effective discussion and challenge • Leading governance frameworks, planning agendas for key meetings, forums, and offsites • Supporting a diverse range of initiatives including restructures, cultural change, business resilience and location strategy • Leadership and management of global teams • Data & Records Management including strengthening of operational practices and controls • Risk Management including compliance with policy and standards and identifying, tracking, and resolving control issues • Provision of clear communications and information tailored to suit the audience, including executive level • Developing and enhancing governance Although Business and Financial Management has been at the heart of my career, I have also held positions in Transformation and Change. These steps were taken to improve my skill set in this field, as every position I have held has required some degree of change management discipline. Currently, I am working to further develop my skills in the data analytics arena, given the powerful role this can play in supporting strategic business decisions. I am enrolled on the ICAEW Data Analytics Certificate: Management Pathway which covers topics such as interpreting and challenging data analytics outputs, and story-telling and visualisation techniques to support decision making.
