Overseeing all financials and staffing over 50 APPs • Implemented and manage NACS participation in the American College of Emergency Medicine’s CEDR Data Registry leading to complete MIPS/MACRA compliance and bonus payments. • Successfully moved all technology to the Microsoft Cloud (SharePoint, Azure, MS Teams) prior to COVID-19, allowing for seamless work from home and efficient communication company wide • Successfully negotiated a new contract with a multi-state hospital system that added over $60M in value for company. • Completely reengineered company’s financial reporting, providing visibility at all levels of the company leading to over 5% increase in net profit. • Developed an additional revenue stream for the company by providing advisory services to a third-party regional hospital system, that is struggling with its own independent emergency physician group and their inpatient pediatrics practice
