Leads the planning and execution of Special Events throughout both the RBC Canadian Open and CPKC Women\'s Open; including the Championship Pro-Am and Draw Party, Opening Ceremonies, Caddie Appreciation Night, School Field Trip Day, Junior Starters, Player Partners Day, Champions Reception, Honorary Observer Program, Student Volunteer events, and more- Oversees the credential and accreditation system across both tournaments for players, caddies, volunteers, staff and partners-Coordinates key player services throughout tournament week such as locker packing, player dry-cleaning, family daycare. Plan and execute player visits to various stakeholders throughout the week, including to hospitality suites, the volunteer centre, and youth clinics. Works alongside our Player Services volunteer committee to ensure a seamless and exceptional player experience- Recruits local clubs to participate in our Adopt-A-Hole volunteer programs at both professional championships. Leads the development of Golf Canada\'s Student Volunteer Program, creating unique incentives for students to volunteer - such as Golf Canada\'s Speed Mentorship Roundtable session for student volunteers.
