I do this primarily through guiding executives and their teams with envisioning what\'s next and how to get there, and engaging stakeholders around developing transformative projects—including the electrification of mobility. • Manage the development and implementation of Guidehouse\'s Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure 2023 Vision and Roadmap. Oversee 14 initiatives that emphasize purpose, diversity and inclusion and innovation to ensure Guidehouse helps its clients realize big impacts. • Lead executive-focused vision and strategy workshops to help leaders understand the rapidly changing marketplace and what they can do to stay ahead of changes and even embrace new business models • Convene community stakeholders to develop transformational transportation plans, including the EV Charging Plan for the State of Tennessee and Tennessee Valley Authority and the Vehicle Electrification Plan for the City and County of Denver • Facilitator for REV Connect Innovation Sprints—engage with market players, utilities and New York State to evaluate innovative business model ideas and make them happen in New York • Developed the content and co-emceed Navigant\'s internal innovation conference for over 600 attendees • Serve as a go-to resource in Guidehouse\'s Energy Infrastructure and Sustainability segment for virtual facilitation techniques and tools
