I am a Chemical Engineer with 14 years of experience in chemical and automotive industry. During this, I have specialized in project management, due to following responsibilities: Product development leader Application development technical leader Technology transfer manager (recently) keeping focus on continuous improvement, structured decisions taking and problem root cause analysis and solving, well known methodologies in automotive industry. Intercultural Strengths I have had the chance to develop intercultural skills, considering that I was responsible for transfer customer service activities from US to Mexico without headaches with OEM\'s (Honda, GM and Tesla in both US and Canada) with outstanding evaluations by our customers. This was reinforced with a different perspective with a 10-month Productivity Management Diploma in Nagoya, Japan. Leadership and Management On a different perspective in my career, I have been responsible for Team Management activities, for a maximum of 14 direct reportees (and 60 indirect) both experienced and entry level with the following responsibilities: Coaching for performance Talent development 9-grid sucession planning Career plan Adaptative leadership Performance evaluation (with corresponding benefits management) Financial Acumen Beside formal training (1-year diploma and other room trainings), I have developed these skills, being responsible of two departments cost centers (400 KUSD each). On a different stage in my career I was responsible for business increase in automotive adhesives of 12% from year to year. I have been responsible also of CAPEX budget management of a 10 MUSD new laboratory design and the technical related activities for a 150 MUSD greenfield chemical plant.
