About Gyanjit Boruah
Hello, I am currently working as a Consultant and my work revolves around public policy, political consulting, campaign management and strategy. Apart from these, I have keen interest on market research, UI/UX and graphic design.I aspired to be an IAS officer in school and that motivated me to take up humanities after 10th. Then I went on to pursue my graduation in Economics Honours from University of Delhi. The exposure I received there made me realise about the world of opportunities beyond IAS and I eventually went on to complete my MBA from IIM Indore.Post MBA, I started working in Capgemini as a Business Consultant( Analyst). After working there for 8 months, I joined I-PAC as the job role was more aligned with my career goals and personal interests. Since then, I have been working as an Associate in I-PAC and have been part of many diverse projects and activities.I am more of a \'Generalist\' in nature as I like getting into different fields rather getting deeper into a specific one. That is why my areas of professional interest are Consulting, Public Policy, Brand Management, Market Research, Strategy and General Management. I have extensively studied subjects related to these areas during my MBA.Apart from these, I hold a Diploma in Fine Arts from Pracheen Kala Kendra. In school, I was a part of the school quiz team and we managed to attain positions in state and district level quiz competitions. On a personal note, I love working for the welfare of street dogs. I regularly feed street dogs and have successfully organised dog adoption drives. Other than that I love playing badminton and cycling. I have completed many long cycling trips(over 100 kms) with my cycling group.
