Currently I’m looking at KRCL,T-13 E&M PROJECT– ( Civil, Electrical, Mechanical,). Development and implementation of required environmental, occupational health and safety programs and procedure to protect the safety and health of employee, to comply with good environment practice and to maintain compliance with applicable regulation. To conduct daily tool box talk at site for the site personnel. Imparting indoor as well as outdoor training covering the Health Safety and Environment issues related to site works. Performing Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment by using technique like safety audits, JSA, Safety Inspection. To investigate near miss incidents, accidents, injuries, to determine the root cause & to take corrective and preventive action accordingly. Conducting mock drills such as firefighting, Manual material handling, permit to work, traffic management, Work at height and Awareness for first aid and CPR. Record analyses and cascade lateral learning points from First-aid cases, near miss cases & accidents to all project personnel and analyses the trends & effectiveness. Daily site inspection to observe and aiding in compliance of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts prevailing at site. Organizing and conducting monthly site safety committee meeting and conducting Emergency mock drills, rescue operations, fire drills. Conducting safety awareness campaigns, motivational programmes to maintain safety culture. Checking to make sure that the staff and workmen does not arrive to work under the influence of alcohol or drug. Inspections of Tools & Tackles and maintain the colour coding system. Inspections of Scaffolding, Electrical Equipment’s, machineries, fire extinguishers & maintain the green tag system at site. Interaction with client regarding customer complaints and their rectification & implementation.
