Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Development at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, where she worked closely with major donors and corporate partners to shape high-impact giving strategies. Her more than two decades of experience in the social impact sector also include leadership roles at The Pittsburgh Foundation and the Grameen Foundation.A native of Pittsburgh, Gwyneth remains deeply engaged in civic life. She mentors with Amachi Pittsburgh and co-founded Monday Night Jazz at AVA in East Liberty, a cultural initiative seeking to support local artists and connect communities. She serves on the boards of 1863 Ventures and The Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders. Her previous board service includes the Shuman Juvenile Detention Center, The GreenLight Fund of Philadelphia and The Sprout Fund.Gwyneth earned her degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where she was a varsity soccer player.
