   Directed cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance with IPO readiness requirements, while successfully implementing a system transition to support Equity and Accounting departments - Implemented Workiva to automate accounting reporting utilized by multiple teams for month/quarter/year end activities, eliminating ~30 hours of manual effort monthly (or 45 days annually) reducing risk due to manual input, and reducing the time required to perform Accounting month end close by ~30%- Increased project business efficiencies 15% by introducing a variation of the technical scrum meetings to my project and reduced meeting time by 50%, which ultimately increased meeting participation. Short, sweet and to the point - Served as the Head of the Fun Committee and organized numerous large department-wide events, which were well-received by the organization.
