   I\'ve been with RAC since 1997. I\'ve managed 5 of the RAC properties. Harpers Ferry/Civil War Battlefields KOA(WV), Front Royal KOA (VA)(no longer own), Branson KOA(MO)(no longer own), Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside KOA(OR), and the Mount Rushmore KOA at Palmer Gulch(SD). In 2013, I was promoted to my current position as Marketing Director for RAC. I help our managers develop marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators; track changes in our industry; and identify our customers and their current/future needs; and last but not least monitor our competition. I handle all the print, web, internal marketing and social media campaigns for the 15 RAC properties as well. I serve on the KOA Franchise Advisory Board, and I currently hold a seat on 5 Tourism related boards.
