About Glen Snider
At the Raymond Company in the Parts Distribution Warehouse in Syracuse NY I manage Facilities and the Rebuild Center of Excellence. This is a fun and exciting role for me. I manage day to day activities in both roles. The most important piece of information about this experience is that I have combined all my experience in Continuous Improvement under the Toyota Production System umbrella. Yes, I am a TPS practitioner. Teaching and Training is the best part of the journey. Removing waste from the process is a very cool assignment with exciting opportunity. My job is to notice weak points and then through many TPS Lean tools go fix! I teach our associates their job is standard work + value add or Kaizen. The results are amazing!
