   Grant Williams is an experienced UAS pilot with over a decade of expertise in complex drone operations. His deep knowledge and skillset make him an invaluable asset to UROC partners, ensuring the safe and successful completion of even the most challenging missions.Grant oversees flight operations, flight testing, waivers/COAs/other authorizations, mission logistics, pilot training, flight program standards, maintenance, data acquisition and analysis, and more. With the UROC, he has led successful missions in diverse locations, including Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, northern Alaska, and across seven U.S. states, completing complex tasks and operational profiles.In addition to his UAV expertise, Grant is a certificated private pilot with an instrument rating and holds a Part 107 certificate. His background includes roles in research and agricultural UAV operations, where he has instructed, built, and flown drones for technology development and large-scale agricultural surveying.Grant holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Technology: Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations from Kansas State University’s Salina Aerospace and Technology Campus, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Intelligence Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
