As part of the nationwide service provided by Aspray, I am the appointed loss assessor and cover all around Chelmsford, and as far up as Thaxted, out to West Mersea, and down to Southminster and Wickford areas. As we are nationwide, we have many more assessors like me covering all other areas.We manage FIRE, FLOOD, WATER, STORM, IMPACT and CRIMINAL DAMAGE insurance claims on behalf of policyholders. There is NO CHARGE to the policyholder, property owner, or to you as the property manager for the Aspray service. We handle all communications with the insurer and loss adjuster and negotiate a fair settlement. Also we know it can be difficult finding contractors due to the complex nature of the property damage, or because of high demand. At Aspray, we take this responsibility off the hands of the person suffering the loss as we have access to our own vetted contractors in the area. Our aim is to provide a seamless service that restores the home or business back to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible by managing the whole claim from start to finish with insurers and contractors.Aspray Chelmsford is a trading name of 17 Red Limited.
