ABOUT GORDON WHITE
I am a senior HR/people leader with over 18 years’ experience leading teams that help people to be their best at work. I have a MA in Business & Management and an MSc in Lifelong Learning & Development. I’m a member of the CIPD with a Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources. I have vast experience at director-level in all aspects of HR, including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Workforce Planning. I also have extensive experience managing the operational side of businesses, ensuring that HR is never seen as a standalone function. I now head up the HR team at Capability Scotland, providing support to over 800 colleagues across 20+ locations, working towards our vision of an inclusive Scotland where everyone has the opportunity to have their voice heard, contribute to society and fulfil their potential.
