   ENTREPRENEUR. I built Premium Business Services from the ground up. I founded the business in 1985 and hand-picked 25 educated and motivated individuals with 180+ years’ combined experience to provide excellent services. My mother played a significant role in the development of my business. Family, and the wisdom she brought to the business, guides me in the sustainment of my business and how I choose those who work with me. BUSINESS LEADER. I have enjoyed long-term relationships, some for over 20 years, with my transcriptionists, translators, qualitative research mentors, and my clients. One of my strengths is individualized, personal attention to every client. Providing expert, reliable transcription, Spanish translation, and qualitative research mentoring services to support your organization’s success and your life’s work is what I do best. BUSINESS PARTNER. We are a right-hand partner to universities, government agencies, research firms, and businesses for their most time-sensitive, confidential, and detailed needs. I understand and appreciate that clients are pressed to accomplish more with less time and resources.
